All the Sleep

I didn’t post yesterday. I slept instead. I slept for 12 hours. It was so awesome. I needed that so much. I need to sleep more.

I ended up skipping my workout for said sleep. Fair trade-off, I suppose.

Thanks to my weekly food prep on Sunday and my newfound resolve to stick to mostly paleo, I had an awesome day of eats.

Hey, look! A photo collage of food! Leftovers for breakfast (ground beef, cabbage, and sweet taters), a snack of strawberries, cuties, and an Odwalla bar that tasted like chocolate cardboard, AB pack, and lunch of ye olde tuna salad.

Hulk made steak salad for dinner. It used to be a staple in our house but we’ve drifted away from in in preference to the more affordable ground beef hash. But it came back with gusto last night, as I marinaded some sirloin in a concoction of lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, basil, and oregano. It had a nice, tangy Greek like flavor that went well with the salad greens. No picture because Squish was sitting on my lap through dinner.

Time for another fun-filled day at work, hope you have a fun-filled day yourself!

  1. I love those little packets of Justins Almond Butter! Have you tried any of their flavors? They are delicious and have very little sugar!
