Paleo Resources

What is paleo? That’s like asking, “what is the meaning of the universe”; depending on who you ask and the context, you’ll get a different answer. When I define it, I say it’s eating food as close to the source as possible, and just being generally aware of how food affects you and eating for optimal nutrition and happiness.

But don’t just listen to me. I’m just a silly blogger with no real credentials in nutrition or ancestral health. So, here is a list of books, blogs, and websites that got me started and continue to help me in my paleo/primal/real food/whatever journey. There are tons more resources out there, so if you want to find out more, don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty. Dirty with research. The best kind of dirty. These are just the ones I’ve stumbled across so far.
